The technology can be leveraged by any firm of any size due to its simplicity, which can, in turn, help enhance customer experience and improve productivity for firms.
Staying competitive means adapting to new technologies. From a company standpoint, what's the biggest change you've seen in the accounting profession in the last few years?
AI, robotics and Cloud Adoption all mean nothing unless UK firms put a real emphasis on big data, particularly on the importance of clean data. As more investment and consolidation happens in the UK market, we’re going to see an increase in streamlining automation, using new technologies and migrating to cloud platforms, all of which rely on clean and well structured data.
For the first time in recent years, the acknowledgement from the industry that data has to be held in the highest regard is great for us to see.
