We’re over the moon to announce the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) as one of the partners powering our Festival of Accounting & Bookkeepers (FAB). As the only dedicated bookkeeping governing body, they’re the ideal partner as FAB’s here to celebrate and acknowledge the vital role bookkeepers play in businesses.

The ICB team will be at FAB as partners, delivering inspiring talks and available to chat to and explain how to set up and grow your business as a bookkeeper, and make the most of the flexibility it can offer as a career.

The ICB will be helping us ensure FAB is mainstream event that finally recognises the bookkeeping community and we are proud to be working with the ICB on a dedicated area at the event that is all about bookkeepers – the bookkeepers retreat, you’ll be able to learn something new, ask a question, make a friend!

The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers is the largest bookkeeping institute in the world. It promotes and maintains the standards of bookkeeping as a profession through the establishment of relevant qualifications and the award of grades of membership that recognise academic attainment, working experience and competence. They are passionate about empowering students of all ages and backgrounds to learn new skills, find fulfilling employment or set up their own businesses.

Come to #FAB24 to experience the famous community spirit that the ICB bring to what is undeniably the fast-growing sector of the accounting world. CEO Ami Copeland will also be sharing the results of the ICB's recent Bookkeepers Survey 2024 where they get under the hood of the modern bookkeeper - the changes, the challenges and the trends that will shape the community over the next twelve months.
